General Policy
Citizen Roadmap subscriptions are recurring. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun and access has been granted. Refund requests are evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests submitted within [X] days of purchase may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate purchase
- Technical failure that prevented access to the service during the billing period, and that could not be resolved within a reasonable time
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated at our discretion. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not provided under standard circumstances.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Access to the service remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation is not the same as a refund request.

Please include your account email, order or transaction ID (available from your Paddle receipt), and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the billing relationship and may process approved refunds directly.
